The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The request is made within 7–14 days (depending on category) of receiving the order.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@buyhive.com with your order details and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for pickup (if applicable).
Products must be returned with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective product).
